Your brief and contact details

VANTA Studio uses the details you submit to review your brief, prepare a sample or quote, confirm availability and communicate about your enquiry. Fields can include your name, company, email, optional or required WhatsApp number, product references and campaign brief. Only share materials you have permission to provide; avoid sensitive personal information.

Where requests are handled

Requests are stored privately using Vercel and notification copies are sent through Formspree to VANTA’s email inbox. These providers may process data outside your country. Opening WhatsApp or Instagram takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to promotional messages.

Source information and essential storage

We keep limited campaign-source information, such as UTM campaign parameters and the referring website’s hostname, with a request to understand how people find VANTA. Session storage preserves this source while you navigate; preference storage remembers your motion and analytics choices. Hosting and security providers process network information to operate the site. A hashed network identifier is used to limit excessive form submissions.

Optional analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics measures page visits and actions such as starting a form, saving a request or opening Instagram. We do not send your name, email, phone number, brief or WhatsApp draft contents as analytics event data. Automatic form and outbound-link collection is disabled. You can choose “Essential only” and still use every form, or change your choice using Analytics settings in the footer.

Access and retention

VANTA’s authorised team uses enquiry records to manage follow-up and production. We keep information while it is needed for the enquiry, an active project or relevant business recordkeeping, and review inactive enquiries for removal. Provider inbox and backup retention may differ. This website does not publish a customer enquiry directory.

Questions or requests

To ask about your information, correct your contact details or request deletion of an inactive enquiry, email vision@vanta-studio.net. Include your request reference when available. VANTA will review your request and explain any information that must be retained for an active project or business obligation.
